Junkshuttle entered the rubbish removal business quickly as this new industry began to emerge. Our junk removal service is an intelligent green friendly alternative to dumpster use. Basically our service is two or more junk haulers that arrive at your residence or business location and haul out your unwanted junk and dispose this junk in an environmentally friendly way.
Back in approximately 2001 we saw a new industry emerging, one that provided an alternative to dumpster rentals. We saw how in some cases a junk removal service was the only alternative for homeowners and businesses. Our service affiliates are able to haul away many items that dumpster companies continue to preclude. Items such as refrigerators, batteries, tires, certain electronics, computer monitors etc. were not allowed in dumpster without getting a fine. We are able to provide refrigerator removal, battery removal, tires removal, computer monitor removal and haul this type of junk to proper facilities to be recycled. We also increasingly saw a need for basically being a ‘mover' for people's larger items like with furniture removal, couch removal, appliance removal etc... this type of thing. Our rubbish haulers provided the extra muscle which was particularly needed with estate cleanouts and foreclosure cleanouts. Another advantage we had was we could offer better prices on smaller loads, in cases where a whole dumpster would be too expensive and overkill in effect. Essentially what we could do is everything a dumpster company could do and more."
Junkshuttle has continually offered rates approximately 30 percent less than our national franchised competitor 1800 Got Junk? Essentially we offer the same service but our affiliates have maintained lower prices than "Got Junk" with trucks that tend to have a greater loading capacity. Please see our pricing section and see the large savings you receive over our National Competitor.
It is also legitimate to be cautious of unlicensed, uninsured smaller junk removal outfits. They may offer cut throat rates, but if they have an accident on your property- it's generally a risk just not worth taking. Junkshuttle affiliates are insured and licensed professionals.
Junkshuttle will donate reusable junk items and pass the donation receipt along to our customers that can be used as a tax write off. We will also properly dispose certain hazardous materials that are not allowed in the landfill. Junkshuttle's junk haulers sort your junk and separate what is strictly rubbish and what is recyclable or hazardous to the environment. By using these methods we are able to recycle or reuse normally 50 to 70 percent of your trash. Dumpsters of co-mingled trash don't allow for this "green" friendly approach but Junkshuttle has the methods in place to make your waste removal a "green" friendly one.
Junkshuttle's junk removal service based in Waukesha Wisconsin has begun offering its clients tax deductible donation receipts that they receive for reusable junk. Junkshuttle receives these receipts when they take customers' junk to facilities like Goodwill Industries, and then passes them back to their clients.
It is a good approach not only for clients of Junkshuttle but also for the environment in Wisconsin. Junkshuttle diverts approximately half or more of their junk loads away from the landfill and towards recycling facilities and Goodwill.
"There is simply no need to rent a dumpster for removing junk from homes or offices," states John Firnrohr, founder of Junkshuttle. "First off all they are completely environmentally unfriendly. They go straight to the landfill. We sort the junk and take it to proper facilities to be recycled and reused. This is good for us because it cuts down on our dumping fees and good for the client's because we can take all of your junk- many types of waste are not allowed in dumpsters or landfills. Why not call our service? We do the work and at prices comparable or cheaper than a dumpster rental."
The extra muscle is a great advantage for Junkshuttle's clients. They provide the extra muscle for things like refrigerator removal and appliance removal. They are a reliable insured company that has been in business since 1999 and their prices are at least a quarter or more less than their franchised competitors in the state. They specialize in estate clean outs and junk removal from estate foreclosures.

Junkshuttle of Southeastern Wisconsin has implemented an environmentally friendly junk disposal program. Many people are not sure what to do with there junk. My advice to you is don't rent a dumpster. Dumpster companies will only take a limited amount of your junk. Things like E-waste, tires, refrigerators, propane tanks, paints and chemicals etc. are not allowed in dumpsters and a fine is often imposed if the customer deposits these items in the dumpster.
Renting a dumpster will not get rid of all your junk. Milwaukee metro area residents best choice is to hire a junk removal company. They will take all your items and dispose them at proper facilities. It is not only the environmentally correct thing to do, it is also as affordable or cheaper than a dumpster rental and you get the labor of two individuals. Junkshuttle is one of the few companies that have kept their prices below their national competitors and comparable to a dumpster rental. They are significantly less expensive for small loads.
Junkshuttle began in 1999 as a construction cleanup company and then entered the junk removal business. Since then they have diverted tons of debris from landfills and towards recycling facilities and institutions such as Goodwill for reuse. This saves them money on dumping fees, is good for the environment, and great for the customer because not only do they get the extra muscle for removing items such as furniture and appliances, they also give the donation receipt back to the customer to use as a tax write off if their items can be donated.

I have had a junk removal business for the last ten years and I am often asked how to "junk" an old refrigerator. Refrigerators and freezers, also called white goods can be disposed of properly by contacting Junkshuttle out of Waukesha WI. This is my company. For $80 we will remove the refrigerator and pay to have the freon removed in a responsible manner, then recycle the refrigerator. You can also call a company called refrigerator recovery. They will do the same thing only you would have to have the appliance outside for an easy pickup. They will charge you $25. If you have the means to haul your refrigerator yourself, you can take it directly to refrigerator recovery and they will only charge $10. You could also take it to to different recycling facilities in the area, but call first to make sure they accept refrigerators. Either way your generally going to have to pay between $10 and $25 to dispose your fridge. Don't leave it outside for someone to take. They are not likely to be responsible about removing the freon correctly and only wanting to cash in on the small amount they may get for recycling it. Please contact junkshuttle.com or 262-544-5865 to have Junkshuttle remove your fridge from your home. We are located in Waukesha Wisconsin, have been in business 10 years and are fully insured. We service all of Southeastern Wisconsin- Milwaukee to Madison to West Bend and all areas between.
